| Professors Offices |
| Headmaster's Tower (1 sub-board)
The tower of the eccentric Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore can only be entered by a secret entrance (privvy to the entire school, of course). Inside his office are multitudes of shiny and whizzing objects that constantly distract the eye. In the center of it all is the Headmaster's mahogany desk, where you are most likely to find the Headmaster himself at nearly any time of the day.

| McGonagall's Office
Walking down the corridor, heading towards the large oak doors that are the entrance to the school, one can find McGonagall's Office off to the left. Upon entering, the room is neat, well-kept and not overly sentimental. A scarlet tin of biscuits is kept on the desk to make the office seem a little more homey.

| Hanel's Office
A warm feeling is cast over Professor Hanel's office as the curtains are most always drawn. A maple wood desk, similar to the one that resides in the Charms classroom resides in the center of the room with a Mission Style chair behind it. Look beyond the back of the chair and notice a small bistro table and chair overlooking the grounds from the largest of the Office's windows. Most of the space that is left over, is filled with book cases containing books on many a spell. Professor Hanel can usually be found here between classes grading papers or reading.

| Hicks' Office
A welcome feeling is cast over Professor Hicks' office. The curtains are almost always drawn out. The desk is made of elder wood on the desk top and Holly, Willow, Sequia and Yew on the legs. His chair is made of apple wood. His surroundings consist of various books about the dark arts and defenses both in theory and known uses and practices from other sources. You'll usually find Professor Hicks there grading papers, helping students and others, reading or researching. His office opens freely to anyone who needs to see him.

| Classrooms |
| Ancient Runes Classroom
A mostly theoretical subject that studies the ancient runic scripts. Most students bypass this class for more exciting ones; although students who wish to pursue a career in any subject involving ancient languages would find this a beneficial class to take.

| Arithmancy Classroom
Arithmancy is a branch of magic concerned with the magical properties of numbers. It's a difficult class to take, as it requires memorizing or working with large number charts.

| Astronomy Tower
Astronomy classes take place in the Astronomy Tower, the tallest tower in Hogwarts. Lessons involve observations of the night skies with telescopes. When classes aren't in session, students are permitted to come up and look at the stars.

| Charms Classroom
Charms is a class described as using magic spells to give an object new and unexpected properties. Classes are usually chaotic and noisy, since students usually need to move around in order to accomplish the task at hand.

| Defense Against the Dark Arts
Commonly shortened to D.A.D.A., this class teaches defensive techniques to block spells, charms, curses, hexes and jinxes cast by other wizards, counteract the Dark Arts, and to protect from Dark creatures.

| North Tower
Divination, the art of predicting the future, is held in the North Tower. The subject itself is one of the most imprecise forms of magic. Students can often be found reading tea leaves or using crystal balls within the Tower.

| History of Magic
This class is what the title suggests - the history of magic, which is often a bloody and unsettling history. However, the textbooks tend to gloss over some of the finer points, giving students an incomplete history.

| Unused Classrom
An empty classroom sometimes used when others are already in use. Students can come here for detentions, or to hang out in between classes. The room is almost never locked, and full of old desks.

| Muggle Studies Classroom
This course involves the study of Muggles "from a wizarding point of view." There is apparently a need for witches and wizards to learn about Muggle ways and means, if only to ensure they are able to avoid them or blend in.

| Potions Classroom
As the classroom is located in the dungeons, Potions is the art of creating mixtures with magical effects. It requires the correct mixing and stirring of ingredients at the right times and temperatures.

| Transfiguration Classroom
Transfiguration is a theory based subject, often using spells such as Switching Spells, which essentially switches something on an object, Vanishing Spells, which causes an object to disappear, and Conjuring Spells, which allows objects to be taken out of thin air.

| Grounds |
| Greenhouses
The Greenhouses are a set of seven different glass houses that are home to many kinds of exotic plants used in Herbology classes. The air inside is always hot and muggy, and students must watch themselves at all times, lest a plant reach out and grab them.

| Quidditch Pitch
The Quidditch Pitch is a large area enclosed by stadium bleachers. Tall goalposts stand at either end, and a commentator's podium is in the middle. The Pitch is a place for people to come and hone their skills when games and House practices aren't in session.

| Lover's Lane
When couples get the urge to be alone, or do something romantic, Lover's Lane is the place to get away. It's not necessarily a lane, but whatever you'd like it to be. A meadow, a secluded spot, a romantic place by the Lake...

| Black Lake
The Lake is a huge body of water, perhaps a mile and a half across, surrounded by trees of all shapes and sizes. There's an open clearing where students sit and hang out, as well as a dock. Beware; more than just the Giant Squid inhabits these waters.

| The Fields
The fields are a personal creation of Hagrid; flowers are absolutely everywhere and it's a nice place to hang out when you want alone time, or to take a date.

| Hagrid's House
Rubeus Hagrid, the Grounds Keeper of Hogwarts, lives in a little hut away from the castle and close to the Forbidden Forest. In the back is a large pumpkin patch, as well as some pens for his latest creature fancy.

| Forbidden Forest
The Forbidden Forest is forbidden to students for a good reason. Beyond the shrouded trees, much lies within it that shouldn't be tampered with by witches and wizards with limited knowledge of magic. Hagrid sometimes uses it for his classes.

| Whomping Willow
This testy tree is one of the last living Whomping Willows in England. It's a huge tree that can only be calmed by a certain spell, and sometimes by touching a knot at the base of it. Students are not allowed near it for obvious reasons.

| Castle |
| Great Hall (1 sub-board)
The Hall is lead up to with a pair of great oak doors. Once inside, there are four long tables for each of the houses. At the head of it all is the Staff Table, with a spot for each of the teachers. The Hall is used as a meeting place for students during meals and a room for special events.

| Owlery
Where you can send messages to fellow students, as well as leave notice of any absences.

| Corridor (1 sub-board)
The Corridor is the main hallway that connects all of Hogwarts. Ghosts, students, teachers, and anyone else can interact here during the day. Benches and couches are placed here and there, if anyone wishes to stop and talk.

| Moving Staircases
Theses are the staircases that you will be taking to get pretty much everywhere around the castle - but beware, they like to change without warning! Students are advised not to play on them, and just use them to get from place to place.

| Hospital Wing
All of your injuries sustained on school grounds can be treated here; if it's worse, it's off to St. Mungo's for you. Located inside are many beds and an office in the back for the current Healer. Only five people at a time per patient.

| Kitchens
If you can figure out how to get in here, you will be greeted by a hoard of house elves, all ready to serve you up some scrumptious food. This is the place where all of the food sent to Great Hall comes from, as well as the quarters for the house elves.

| Room of Requirement
This is a room that comes and goes and can be used for anything. Located on the seventh floor, in front of the tapestry of Barnaby the Barmy trying to teach trolls to dance, one must walk in front of it three times in order to get it to open up.

| Library
The Library is an enormous old room filled with any and all books one might need to use in the school year. There are many secret corners and hiding spots for students to talk away from prying eyes.

| Outside England |
| Other Countries (14 sub-boards)
Through the use of Floo Powder for the younger kids and Apparation for the older kids, with Portkeys for large groups, witches and wizards can go anywhere in the world.
